"My husband and I had such excellent service with Chris Case and his office (we worked with Nick Strange via email and a finalizing phone call). It was a big move for us from an insurance company we've been satisfied with for decades but had become increasingly expensive. "Asked Mr. Case for a quote hoping to combine house and auto insurance but he wasn't incentivized enough I guess. He was rude in his responses and sounded extremely angry. Moved to another state farm agent (Andy Hubbard). Andy is amazing - would recommend him."

"Terrible - entitled and doesn't give time to explain benefits to customer. Requested time from him since I am moving to Seattle and he was so short and sounded annoyed. Horrible interaction."

"I've only dealt with Cara over the phone and she's great. The only reason it's not 5/5 stars is because she doesn't have an iPhone (I don't think at least). Haha. On a serious note- Cara is friendly, honest, and won't sell you stuff you don't need. Def recommend."

"I have known Chris Case for over 20 years and he has always been someone to jump at the chance to help others, and treat them with courtesy and respect. I think his desire to help those around him and their situations, and seeing and helping me through some of mine, is probably a big part of what brought him into insurance in the first place.
